CHICAGO – Aug. 12, 2015 – Realtors® Property Resource (RPR) has launched new app versions for iPad and Android tablets. The upgrade allows users to access immediate history snapshots of properties across the country.
The app allows RPR users to access a library of data to answer buyers’ questions while touring a property, including its owner information, tax, mortgage, historical and distressed data, school information and more.
The optimized tablet app has a revamped home screen with a larger map that shows local market trends and sales activity. The enhanced map can also be displayed in “list view,” which makes it easy to sort properties. A swipe displays buttons to add a note, create a report, or save a property for later. Pressing on a property brings up the full property record.
Realtors can also send a report through the app. The reports include home information written in a client-friendly way, and they can be branded with the agent’s photo, logo and contact information.
The new tablet apps can be found via a search for “RPR Mobile” when accessing the App Store or Google Play Store from your device.
Visit the RPR site for more information. RPR Mobile is available only to members of the National Association of Realtors.
